The Interim Leaders Process:
Our process has been developed from experience, gathered
from the numerous senior interim contracts successfully negotiated
over many years. Our approach of facilitating a working partnership
by working alongside –rather than between- both parties
ensures a transparent and effective service to all parties
involved.
Interim Leaders will:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of client's issues and
culture wherever possible and summarise them in a written
specification
- Identify the very best available candidate's.
- Address "Chemistry and fit" by providing a selection
of suitably qualified Interim Executives for each project.
- Interview all candidates personally, informally reference
and present them in profile format to facilitate comparison.
- Work on a contingent basis charging a 20% margin.
- Provide contract flexibility. Our preferred and recommended
method being a contract between client and Interim or Fixed
Term Executive which maximises ownership, commitment, flexibility
and transparency.
- Maintain an on-going dialogue with our client and the
Interim Executive during the currency of the contract to
ensure that initial expectations are realised.
