With many years professional search expertise under our belts we don’t rely on a large database, we source candidates for our clients via search on a ‘success only’ basis providing clients with a personalised service at a fraction of the costs associated with traditional head hunters and most contingency agencies.

We are so confident in the service we provide we have one single rate for all appointments which is 20% of first year guaranteed or projected income that applies to all appointments (search and non search). No up front fees, stage payments or other complicating factors… a simple transparent approach to business!

In return for your search business we will prepare a detailed brief and agree this with you, undertake a search within an agreed timescale and present screened candidates for your consideration. As many situations fall at offer stage and beyond we will stay close to you and the candidate throughout the process.

All we ask is that you provide us with an exclusive time window in respect of the specific role(s) covered by the search and equally you don’t move the ‘goalposts’ during this period.
