PETER BEVERLEY
CEO and General Manager

Business Development/Change Leadership

Peter Beverley holds an MBA from INSEAD, and after working for McKinsey in the UK, Europe and Australia, held senior Marketing and Business Development roles in retail, telecoms and business services organisations.

Peter has had considerable success including an 18 month assignment as Interim Chief Executive Officer of an e-Commerce business, a subsidiary of a well known retail bank. His broad remit included growing the team from 30 to 100 and transforming the company culture into that of a fast moving market pioneer. Whilst ensuring continued sponsorship from the parent company, Peter also raised an $80m round of external equity finance to achieve independence. He championed and led a sales and business development team to win significant global contracts and raised the profile of the venture through media appearances and speaking opportunities.

RICHARD CARR
Human Resources Director

Post Merger Integration

After a permanent career which included international roles at a senior level in a number of well known multinationals, including British Airways, the BAT Group, Del Monte and Reebok, Richard became a professional Interim Executive in the mid 1990s.

An example of where his considerable skills and experience were utilised on an interim basis was an assignment with a major global pharmaceutical company. The brief was to integrate the global R&D functions of both companies post-merger. Richard successfully completed this, including introducing a new competence framework to provide a strategic HR platform, implementing common grade structures globally and overseeing the recruitment of 150 scientists.

Other assignments have included a joint venture start-up in the Middle East, a spell as HR Director of a major retailer, setting up an e-Commerce subsidiary for a major airline and telecoms projects involving significant organisational change.

ALAN CATLING
CEO/General Manager

Business Guidance

Alan Catling is an experienced CEO/General Manager with a strong consumer marketing background gained in fashion and luxury brands, retailing, advertising and packaged goods, including extensive international experience in companies such as Young & Rubicam, Courtaulds and Inchcape. Alan has wide ranging knowledge and experience of the far East and US markets and has run complex, multi-divisional sales and marketing operations in organisations where turnover exceeded $1 billion.

As interim Chief Operating Officer of a London based B2Bdot.com, Alan was responsible both for operations and preparing the company for re-financing. He led the restructuring which involved a 50% headcount reduction and the closure of three overseas offices. He also developed corporate business accounts, introduced “productised services”, and was key in re-financing negotiations with VCs and strategic investors.

HILARY CONDY
Human Resources Director

Culture Change/Retention/Motivation

Hilary is an experienced senior Interim HR Director. She began her career in the Ford Motor Company and has worked for a number of well known companies in the financial, IT, service and manufacturing sectors.

As an interim executive she has led a culture change programme enabling a major division of a large public sector organisation to operate successfully in the more competitive private sector. Working closely with the board, she designed and implemented an organisation development strategy to focus resources on new corporate targets and to identify, retain and motivate key people across the business. The assignment involved delivering an initial programme of change workshops, policy design and implementation of long-term processes for learning, talent development, succession and performance management.
