Andrew Austin, Director

Andrew Austin - Director of Interim Leaders Andrew has served in the senior management teams of blue chip businesses such as Mars, Courtaulds and ASDA, having experience in both Operational and HR Director positions.

He has been a Senior Partner with US and international Executive Search firm Heidrick & Struggles Inc. where he had wide ranging experience of senior appointments across many industries, including at CEO and main board level in the UK and internationally.

In 2000, with Anthony Broadhead, Andrew founded Interim Leaders Ltd.

Mike Matthews, Chartered FCIPD - Director

Andrew Austin - Director of Interim Leaders Mike has more than 10 years experience in executive sourcing, as Managing Director of the Orpheus Consulting group he worked closely with the late Gary Long, successfully completing many senior and board level assignments in the UK and Mainland Europe including Managing Directors, Board appointees; General Management, Sales, HR, and senior level Buying and Engineering roles.

Prior to this he held senior executive and board roles with Argos, Asda Wal-Mart and The Whitworths Group following many years HR experience in Retail, FMCG and Local Government.
